1 Policy on Cancellations & Refunds

취소 및 환불 정책

• A full refund is available only if the cancellation request is submitted at least 70 days before the conference, with all required formalities completed at least 60 days prior. 학회 시작 최소 70일 전에 취소 요청을 제출하고, 모든 절차를 60일 이전에 완료한 경우에만 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
• If a cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the event, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges. 학회 시작 60일~30일 전에 취소할 경우, 행정 비용을 제외한 일부 환불이 제공될 수 있습니다.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund; however, a credit valid for one year will be provided. 학회 시작 30일 이내 취소 시 환불은 불가능하며, 1년간 사용 가능한 크레딧이 제공됩니다.
• Registrations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another KSAA conference. 행사 30일 이내에 등록한 경우 환불은 불가능하며, 다른 KSAA 학회로 이전이 가능합니다.
• As this is a hybrid event, KSAA reserves the right to conduct the conference either physically or virtually, and no refund will be issued due to format changes. 본 학회는 하이브리드 형식으로 진행되며, KSAA는 오프라인 또는 온라인으로 진행 방식을 변경할 수 있으며 이에 따른 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.
• Cancellations are permitted only if an official invitation letter has not been issued; once issued, the registration becomes non-refundable. 공식 초청장이 발급되지 않은 경우에만 취소가 가능하며, 발급 이후에는 환불이 불가능합니다.

2 Virtual Participation Fees

온라인 참가 비용

• Virtual registration fees are non-refundable; instead, a credit will be issued for use in a future KSAA conference. 온라인 참가 등록비는 환불되지 않으며, 향후 KSAA 학회에서 사용할 수 있는 크레딧으로 제공됩니다.

3 Participation & Registration Requirements

참가 및 등록 요건

• Participants must complete the registration process within the specified timeline to attend a KSAA event. KSAA 행사에 참여하려면 지정된 기간 내에 등록 절차를 완료해야 합니다.
• Event schedules, venues, and formats may be modified at the discretion of KSAA, with prior notification provided via email. 행사 일정, 장소 및 형식은 KSAA의 판단에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 사전에 이메일로 안내됩니다.
• KSAA is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from such changes. 이와 같은 변경으로 인해 발생하는 금전적 손실에 대해 KSAA는 책임지지 않습니다.
• All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 별도 명시가 없는 한 등록비는 환불되지 않습니다.
• If the primary author is unable to attend, a co-author may participate instead; however, refunds will not be granted. 주 저자가 참석할 수 없는 경우 공동 저자가 대신 참석할 수 있으나, 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.

4 Submission & Publication Norms

논문 제출 및 출판 규정

• Authors must ensure that their institution or supervisor is informed prior to submitting their work. 저자는 논문 제출 전에 소속 기관 또는 지도교수에게 이를 반드시 알리고 승인받아야 합니다.
• All submissions undergo a structured peer-review process before acceptance. 모든 논문은 채택 전에 체계적인 심사 과정을 거칩니다.
• Only papers associated with a completed registration will be included in the conference proceedings. 등록이 완료된 논문만 학회 발표 및 프로시딩에 포함됩니다.
• The submitting author is recognized as the primary author; KSAA does not verify individual authorship claims. 논문 제출자는 주 저자로 간주되며, KSAA는 개별 저자 자격을 검증하지 않습니다.
• If authorship disputes arise and are confirmed, the paper will be withdrawn without reconsideration. 저자 관련 문제가 확인될 경우 논문은 즉시 철회되며 재심사는 이루어지지 않습니다.
• Once withdrawn, the paper cannot be re-submitted to any KSAA publication. 철회된 논문은 KSAA의 어떠한 출판에도 재제출할 수 없습니다.

5 Travel & Accommodation Responsibilities

여행 및 숙박 책임

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. 참가자는 여행 및 숙박을 직접 준비해야 합니다.
• KSAA does not provide support for travel or lodging arrangements. KSAA는 여행 및 숙박과 관련된 지원을 제공하지 않습니다.
• KSAA is not liable for any expenses incurred due to changes or rescheduling of the event. 행사 변경 또는 일정 조정으로 인해 발생하는 비용에 대해 KSAA는 책임지지 않습니다.

6 Visa & Invitation Letter Policy

비자 및 초청장 정책

• Participants are responsible for managing their own visa applications and travel processes. 참가자는 비자 신청 및 여행 절차를 직접 진행해야 합니다.
• KSAA does not communicate with embassies or consulates on behalf of participants. KSAA는 참가자를 대신하여 대사관 또는 영사관과 소통하지 않습니다.

Important Information Regarding Invitation Letters

초청장 관련 중요 안내

• The invitation letter is issued solely for conference participation purposes. 초청장은 학회 참가 목적으로만 발급됩니다.
• It does not serve as a document for immigration, employment, or residency. 해당 문서는 이민, 취업 또는 거주 목적으로 사용될 수 없습니다.
• While it may support visa applications, it does not guarantee visa approval. 비자 신청에 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있으나 승인 보장은 아닙니다.
• KSAA is not responsible for visa rejections or processing delays. 비자 거절 또는 처리 지연에 대해 KSAA는 책임지지 않습니다.
• Any misuse or alteration of the invitation letter may result in cancellation of participation and further action. 초청장 위조 또는 부적절한 사용 시 참가 자격이 취소될 수 있으며 추가 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.
• By accepting the invitation letter, participants agree to comply with international travel regulations and ethical standards. 초청장을 수락함으로써 참가자는 국제 여행 규정 및 윤리 기준을 준수하는 데 동의하게 됩니다.

7 Registration Transfers

등록 이전

• Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same institution if the original participant is unable to attend. 원 참가자가 참석할 수 없는 경우 동일 기관 소속의 다른 참가자에게 등록 이전이 가능합니다.
• Transfer requests must be submitted via email with required details and supporting documents. 등록 이전 요청은 필요한 정보와 서류를 포함하여 이메일로 제출해야 합니다.
• Requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. 요청은 행사 최소 14일 전에 제출해야 합니다.
• Transferred registrations are not eligible for refunds. 이전된 등록은 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

8 General Considerations

일반 사항

• All cancellation, modification, or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via the official KSAA email. 모든 취소, 변경 또는 이전 요청은 KSAA 공식 이메일을 통해 서면으로 제출해야 합니다.
• Registration confirms acceptance of all terms and policies stated above. 등록 완료는 위 모든 약관에 대한 동의를 의미합니다.
• KSAA does not initiate automatic payment transactions; all payments are made voluntarily by participants. KSAA는 자동 결제를 진행하지 않으며, 모든 결제는 참가자의 자발적인 의사에 따라 이루어집니다.
• After registration, participants must submit the required conference form within three days for confirmation. 등록 후 3일 이내에 관련 등록 양식을 제출해야 최종 확인이 완료됩니다.
• Travel arrangements should only be finalized after receiving the official conference schedule, which will be shared approximately 15 days before the event. 여행 계획은 행사 약 15일 전에 제공되는 공식 일정 안내를 받은 후 확정하는 것이 권장됩니다.
