국제 참가자의 비자 신청을 지원하기 위해 KSAA 학술대회 참가를 확인하는 공식 초청장이 발급됩니다. 해당 문서는 영어로 제공되며 비자 신청 시 보조 자료로 활용될 수 있습니다.
Please note that the Invitation Letter does not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions are made solely by the respective embassy or consulate.

How to Obtain the Invitation Letter

Participants may request an Invitation Letter by completing the following steps:
참가자는 아래 절차를 통해 초청장을 요청할 수 있습니다.
- Complete conference registration and payment 학술대회 등록 및 결제 완료
- Fill in all required details in the registration form 등록 양식의 모든 필수 정보 입력
- Provide accurate information for verification 정확한 정보 제출 및 검증 진행
- Invitation Letter will be issued after successful verification 검증 완료 후 초청장 발급
